When we got married in Belize Erin asked if we could have a "true" wedding cake later since the cake she really wanted wouldn't be able to survive the boat ride out to the island we got married on. Karen's wedding gift to us turned into a wedding cake for our early celebration of Thanksgiving this year, and here it is, it turned out great!
