Ok now the temples are all starting to kind of blend together. It's incredible how many there are and how repetitive the stories depicted are. Oh Pharaoh killed his enemies then brought gifts of food and wine and gold to the gods. Sadly the thing that sticks out most from this day is that we were forced to use these horse drawn carriages to get to the temple. The horses here look mistreated and weak, it was quite sad. It was not something we wanted to do let alone have a framed picture of which one Egyptian was adamant about us buying. Oh well, the temple of Luxor however was much cooler. It is right in the middle of the city and looks awesome at night, there is even a mosque that was built on top of it before they discovered the temple. They kept the mosque intact and it is still used today. It's an interesting site.
