Pompeii is huge! I didn't realize when they said they found a city covered in ash that they meant the whole thing. The plaster casts of the people are cool but I only saw a couple. The area this is in is a much poorer area of Italy. A lot of it reminded me of Egypt. They have a great find here but not enough money to properly protect what they've found, so thankfully they've stopped digging for now.
