Today's weather was much better. We were able to get quite a few good pictures on our way back to the bus...which drove us back to the ferry, and then finally back to our car. After a 2-3 hour car ride north (heading to Milford Sound) we arrived at our cabin for the night. The road we drove was amazing, rainforst and curvy mountain roads, it was a great drive. We had just enough time to take a 3 hour hike to the top of a local mountain. Erin and I weren't expecting to go all the way to the top, but after finally getting there we felt like we accomplished something. Also the view from up there was amazing, there was a small pond at the peak that made the whole thing seem perfect.
